I ordered a trial and I recieved the product and came to the
conclusion that I wasnt really satisfied.I used the product continueously for thenext week or so and wasnt feeling any difference,so I made an attempt to call them and cancel by phone and they directed me to a
cancellation website in which I tried to access
several times and it ceases to exist.They sent me annother shipment which I immediately sent back unopened with my
postman [i wrote return to sender-cancelled] and yet I still have an $88.00 charge to my
credit card which I would like immediately removed and want them to stop the autoship.

Prtobably time to call your credit card company.
Tell them you want to dispute this charge plus you are withdrawing your approval for future charges from this company.
